Supreme Chemicals (Pty) Ltd ("Supreme Chemicals", "we", "us", or "our") provides industrial chemical distribution, custom blending, and supply chain solutions. These Terms govern your use of our website (supremechem.com and related domains) and any purchases made through our sales channels.

2. Products & Pricing

All product specifications, purity grades, and safety data sheets (SDS) are provided on our website or upon request. Prices are subject to change without notice. Quotations provided by our sales team are valid for the period stated in the quotation. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders & Payment

Order confirmation is subject to product availability and final credit approval. Payment terms are net 30 days for approved credit accounts unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and other methods as indicated on the invoice. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import restrictions – these are the buyer's responsibility.

5. Returns & Cancellations

Custom or blended products are non‑returnable. Standard products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to a 20% restocking fee, provided the product is unopened and in original packaging. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supreme Chemicals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website – including text, graphics, logos, and product images – is the property of Supreme Chemicals or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Centurion, Gauteng.
